1. Trade Access & Eligibility

Trade access may be extended to qualified professionals including designers, architects, staging professionals, and commercial buyers. Verification may be required.

2. Trade Pricing & Reservations

·      Trade pricing is discretionary and may vary

·      Items are not reserved unless confirmed in writing

·      Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received

3. Project-Based Sourcing

·      Sourcing assistance does not guarantee availability

·      Final confirmation requires written approval and payment

4. Condition & Client Approval

Trade clients acknowledge:

·      Items are vintage or antique unless stated otherwise

·      Wear and patina are inherent characteristics

·      Client approval responsibility rests with trade buyer

5. Returns

Unless otherwise agreed:

·      All trade purchases are final sale

·      Exceptions are rare and at our discretion

6. Shipping & Delivery

·      Trade clients must provide accurate delivery details

·      Risk transfers upon carrier pickup or delivery depending on arrangement

7. Image Rights

Internal use of imagery is permitted unless otherwise restricted. Public or marketing use requires written permission in any circumstance 

8. Priority Access

 Early previews may be offered but do not guarantee availability
