The Rogers brand features many sub brands from generations of Roger’s members. Their factories were based in Connecticut. The mark on this set, (eagle) WM. ROGERS (star) is individual mark of William Rogers used on pieces produced in Hartford, CT from 1825-1841. on coin silver spoons (Hartford, CT, 1825-1841). The mark was used by Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co under permission of William Rogers Jr until 1976. Hollowware such as this set were produced between 1938 and 1976.
