Vintage 1970s Fox Head Silver Plate Stirrup Cup Engraved - US David Cup 1971

Originally a “stirrup cup” was the drink offered to a rider who was mounted on horseback (still in the stirrup), about to depart for (or return from) the hunt. Today, they are coveted staples in the collections of barware enthusiasts. 

This stirrup cup features a detailed foxhead and is engraved with the words "US David Cup - 1971".
